Connect and Grow with Women @ WAC
Do you want to connect with women in your area and build meaningful relationships?
Do you have the desire to be a ‘woman who makes a difference?’
Do you want to become a more loving wife, better Mum, a faithful workmate, a great friend and neighbour?
Then connect & grow with women at Warriewood Anglican Church.
What’s on for Women?
1. Women’s home groups:
Tuesday morning 10-11.30am. This group has a crèche for children 5 years and under.
Tuesday evening 8-9.30pm. This group seems to suit women who work during the week.
Each of the groups have around 8 woman who gather together for the purpose to read & be encouraged from God’s word, to support each other in prayer and to form closer friendships.
2. Women’s weekend away
Every year in September the women from Warriewood Anglican attend the Katoomba Women’s Convention. We hire a house near Katoomba and enjoy a weekend of good teaching from the Bible, and building stronger bonds between each other.
3. Women’s events:socials, lunches, dinners, coffee & dessert nights
Once a term the women from WAC get together for a social dinner and a few times a year we join with St Faith’s Narrabeen for a lunch or dinner with a guest speaker .
