Boys & Girls, years 7 – 12
Fridays 7pm–8:30pm @ Ted Blackwood Hall, cnr Boondah Rd & Jacksons Rd.
The j rocks! Every night is different. Every week there is a mix of games and activities for both guys and gals. The J is set up for youth from year 7 to year 12. It’s a safe and welcoming place for spending time with friends and getting to know some new people. There is a fantastic team of outgoing and fun young leaders who love getting along side young people, spending time with them and encouraging them. Every week there is a short explanation of a passage of the bible and a discussion of who Jesus is and the significance of this for our lives, and how the gospel of Jesus can transform the world, our lives and the lives of all those we know. We also have 2 youth small groups, one on Thursdays and one on Sundays for those youth who want to get a bit deeper into understanding God’s word. The J is held every Friday night from 7pm – 8:30 pm at the Ted Blackwood Hall on the corner of Boondah and Jackson road, Warriewood. The youth small group is held on Sundays from 3:30 to 4:15pm at Warriewood Brook 6-14 Macpherson St (where the church meetings are held). For the Older youth & young adults there is a Thursday night small group held at 8pm til 9:30pm at 122a Narrabeen Park Parade, Warriewood. Everyone is welcome!
